We offer nationwide shipping (including Alaska & Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

    • Orders take 2-3 business days to process.
  • When will my order ship?

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    • Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
  • How can I track my order?

    • Once your order is shipped you will get an email notifying you your order has been shipped, the email will contain a tracking number for you to reference.
  • What happens if my package is lost?

    • Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you feel your package is lost. We will look into the situation. If the package is in fact lost we will ship out a replacement.
  • What happens if my item arrives damaged?

    • If a product is damaged in the shipping process please reach out to us so we can get the situation taken care of promptly.
  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    • If your package has not shipped we can change the address for you. Unfortunately if the package is already out of our hands there isn't anything we can do to help.
  • Do you ship during extreme heat or cold?

    • We ship all year, we are located in Michigan where the weather can be extreme. We do our best to protect our products from the elements, if there is a problem caused by the elements please reach out to us promptly.
