What ingredients do you use?
Our soaps are made with lye and predominantly olive oil, avocado oil, shea butter, lard, tallow, and milks (goat, and butter primarily), and skin-safe colorants.
Do you use fragrances?
Yes! We use clean fragrance oils (no phthalates, or parabans). There's no bad stuff in our fragrances. Haircare products are also phthalataes, paraban, sulfate, and silicon free.
Why do you use milks as a soap base?
Milk is VERY good for your skin. It has lactic acid in it which is good for exfolioation. It's rich in moisture and is safe and effective for skincare.
How long does it last?
If cared for correctly, a bar of soap will last 1-2 months, if not longer. In order to get the most out of your soap, you want to keep it dry between uses, so place it on a wire rack or well-draining soap dish to keep it dry on both sides.
