Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on unlabeled or used products. If there is a problem with your order please reach out us as soon as possible.

  • What happens if my package is lost?

    • Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you feel your package is lost. We will look into the situation. If the package is in fact lost we will ship out a replacement.
  • What happens if my item arrives damaged?

    • If a product is damaged in the shipping process please reach out to us so we can get the situation taken care of promptly.
  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    • If your package has not shipped we can change the address for you. Unfortunately if the package is already out of our hands there isn't anything we can do to help.
  • Do you ship during extreme heat or cold?

    • We ship all year, we are located in Michigan where the weather can be extreme. We do our best to protect our products from the elements, if there is a problem caused by the elements please reach out to us promptly.
